Adobe Express DMCA Policy
Adobe Express is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy outlines our procedures for addressing copyright infringement claims under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
The DMCA is a United States copyright law that provides a mechanism for copyright owners to request the removal of material that they believe infringes their rights from websites. Adobe Express will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and other applicable laws.
Adobe Express reserves the right to remove content without prior notice and to terminate user accounts found to be repeat infringers.
